I find it interesting what issues grab the attention of citizens, and which do not. I expected the sale of the old Northfield Middle School to be a contentious issue, but no. There were virtually no responses to the deliberate and careful planning to sell, once everyone understood that Artspace was no longer a player.
But the issue of changes in the Wolf Ridge environmental experience for 5th Graders? That is another matter. Fortunately Superintendent Richardson has slowed the process and helped everyone involved explore alternatives.
